Typographical Errors
In the event that a Pheressentials site product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PHERES HK Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pheres HK Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term These terms and conditions are applicable to anyone upon accessing Pheressentials site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability shall survive any termination.

Ordering
Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at +85292117727 and we will be happy to assist you. All orders must be prepaid by credit card or PayPal (Orders paid via PayPal will be held until PayPal advises your funds have been received.)
On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us.
Shipping
We offer Free shipping to all local and international Customers . Once the order is dispatched we will send you shipping information and tracking number by email , to the address you used to register on our site.
Order Turnaround
Pheressentials ships everyday Monday - Friday . We strive to process your order & ship within 14 business days. For some particular items might take longer, if so we will notify you by email . If your order is urgent, please call us at +852921177727 or email to orders@pheres.com to “expedite” your order for an additional fee.
Order Cancellations Once placed orders cannot be canceled.
Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by us only after inspection of the returned goods and clear proof that the damage or defect was there before the goods were sent to the customers . In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders within HK and China. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Special Promotions
From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. Items purchased on special promotions can not be returned or exchanged.
User Agreement
Customers should purchase products from Pheressentials with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion. Pheres Hk Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products, including intellectual property rights of third parties, VTA, import tax etc.
Pheres HK Ltd reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a credit note than can be used for further shopping on the site.
To be eligible for an exchange or a credit note, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
-The product was not purchased on sale or during other promotional periods
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return to Pheres HK LTD.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded nor can qualify for a credit note.
